What this tool enables
ProSim is intentionally structured as a Control Framework. The framework is the product: it guides teams from plan intake to risk modeling to governance decisions, with outputs that are easy to explain and hard to misinterpret.
The end result is a traceable probability story (fan chart, confidence against targets, and driver insights) that can be used in steering committees and portfolio reviews.
Capital delivery governance
Standardize “chance of success” reporting across projects, using the same P-levels and the same governance questions.
Assurance & stage gates
Make gates measurable: compare current confidence against agreed targets, and make reserve or scope decisions with explicit trade-offs.
Program scale-up
Aggregate multiple projects into a program distribution by combining full Monte Carlo outputs per project, preserving mathematical defensibility.
